If you are blocked during onboarding or need urgent product help, use this escalation path:

1) Contact Vivin Support

  • Email: support@vivin.app
  • Include:
    • Account/company name
    • Booking ID or property reference (if applicable)
    • A short description of what is blocked
    • Screenshots or error text

2) Confirm active incidents with Support

Check the public system status page first for current system health and any active incidents. If the status page indicates degradation or outage, or you need confirmation for your specific workflows, contact support:

  • Request a status check
  • Include impacted workflows (for example: check-ins, payments, or booking confirmations)

If your issue prevents business-critical operations (check-ins, payments, or booking confirmation), clearly mark your email subject with Urgent.
