Subscription
The Subscription tab shows your Vivin platform subscription details, including plan pricing, payment method, and billing history.
Plan & Pricing
This section displays your current subscription plan and how charges are calculated:
- Per active listing management — Price per managed listing
- Per virtual IBAN transfer — Price per virtual IBAN transaction (booking and platform transfers)
- Per active listing booking engine — Price for listings using the Vivin booking engine (if applicable)
Pricing is based on your usage and may vary by plan tier.
Payment Method
Your stored payment method (card on file) is shown here. You can see:
- Card brand (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Last four digits
- Expiration date
- Subscription status (Active, Pending, etc.)
Contact Vivin support to update your payment method or change your plan.
Billing History
A table of past and upcoming billing periods shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Period | The month being billed (Current, Upcoming, or past) |
| Charge Date | When the charge is or was processed |
| Listings | Number of active listings in that period |
| VIBAN Transfers | Number of virtual IBAN transactions (booking + platform) |
| Total | Amount charged for the period |
The Current period is highlighted. Upcoming shows the estimated charge for the next month based on your current usage.
