My Profile

The My Profile page lets you view and manage your own account information — your name and email as displayed across the platform. This is separate from Users, which manages team members and their permissions.

Accessing My Profile

  1. Use the direct profile URL while logged in: hub.vivin.app/profile.
  2. In the current layout, the left sidebar User section contains Account (Settings) and Logout only.
  3. Use this page to update your personal details and language preference (you can also change language from the header user dropdown or Settings → Preferences).

Profile Fields

Email updates are not currently supported from the My Profile page. If you need to change your email address, contact your administrator or a Super Admin.

Updating Your Profile

  1. Open hub.vivin.app/profile while logged in.
  2. Edit First name and Last name as needed.
  3. Click Save profile.

Your changes take effect immediately. Your updated name will appear in the header, on bookings you create, and in any activity attributed to you.

Permissions

If you see a message that you do not have permission to update profile details, your role may restrict profile edits. Contact an administrator to update your information or adjust your permissions.

  • Users — Manage team members and their roles (admin only)
  • General Information — Company identity and branding settings
  • Interface Language — Change your interface language from the header dropdown, My Profile, or Preferences
